By accessing or using the Tradovit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tradovit Inc.
Tradovit is a professional online trading platform that provides access to financial markets across multiple asset classes including cryptocurrency, forex, equities, metals, commodities, and indices. The Service enables users to execute trades, manage positions, deposit and withdraw funds, and access market data and analytical tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each user may maintain only one account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Funds deposited to your account are held subject to the platform's custody and withdrawal policies. Tradovit reserves the right to adjust account balances in accordance with applicable platform rules, including in cases of policy violation or administrative correction. Withdrawals are processed subject to verification requirements and applicable processing times.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (f) collect user data without consent; or (g) engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tradovit Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Nothing on the Tradovit platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. Market data is provided for informational purposes only. Past trading performance is not indicative of future results. You should seek independent professional advice before making investment decisions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NEXUSTRADE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXUSTRADE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
